# What should you do if you credited to CCPayment's unsupported tokens?

There are two scenarios when CCPayment has already received the transaction:

* Large amounts of mistaken credit can be refunded, but a 10% refund service fee is required. It's valid within 90 days (which means you can apply for a refund within 90 days).
* Small amounts of mistaken credit and overdue large amounts of mistaken credit will not be processed.
